crayons, brushes and inbetweens
there are some points in your life where you learn things about yourself that you might not really have realised prior to that moment, or had wanted to admit until they turn up right in front of your face.
Here is a good example.
In line with valentines day one could happily paint a red heart on her nails and feel rather accomplished when it turns out looking like quite a decent heart. (to her)
a few days later a young girl runs up to her and ask in a rather worried voice "teacher, teacher why is your finger bleeding"
well. thats a good way to learn that you never had much artistic inclination to start with.
