play back time
Right, a quick peek into my archives reveal that my blog is 5 years old.
how did time pass so quickly? now im not going to go all rhetorical but boy does time fly by and in those few years there has been so many firsts and lasts. Many new friends, new experiences and new places. and while we look back in retrospect let me reiterate that i dont feel 18.. or 19.
Primary school feels eons away but secondary school still feels like yesterday. While i do remember one point in time where i would have traded blood and skin to turn back time, now i'm looking forward to what is to come though the prospects are (mildly) frightening, the way all new unfamiliar things are. and thats good i guess :)

in some ways its taken me alot of thinking and self-convincing to get to how i am now. The times i told myself that i didnt, i didnt. (though looking back im not sure if that was the case or if i was merely unsure, afraid). Then it seemed magnified, exaggerated like my whole being depended on it. but we learn that there are other things that matter more, those things that arent mere distractions but reasons. We learn to be happy again.
